  1. Greet and welcome customers to the bank in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  4. Educate customers on banking products and services to help them make informed decisions.
  5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial transactions.
  6. Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the teller station and surrounding area.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide a positive work environment.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  11. Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to the appropriate authorities.
  12. Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
  13. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Represent Citi in a professional manner at all times.
