Your primary role will be to assist clients with their banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with clients by identifying their financial goals and offering solutions to meet their needs.To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous cash handling experience is preferred.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner and addressing their banking needs promptly and accurately.
  2. Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  4. Represent the bank in a positive and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for clients and providing a welcoming and helpful experience.
  5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and performing transactions, ensuring the security and integrity of all financial transactions.
  6. Continuously stay up-to-date on bank products and services to effectively and confidently educate clients and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure efficient and effective operations of the branch and to achieve team goals.
  8. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
  9. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills and advance within the organization.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  11. Uphold the bank's values of integrity, respect, teamwork, and excellence in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and management.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client and bank information at all times.
