- Greet and welcome customers to the bank in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Ensure that all transactions comply with banking policies and procedures.
- Educate customers on available financial products and services and make appropriate recommendations based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and other financial instruments.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient banking experience for customers.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and completing necessary paperwork.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in banking regulations and procedures and ensure compliance at all times.
- Adhere to all security and confidentiality protocols to protect customer information.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working condition.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products, services, and policies.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the overall goals and objectives of the bank.
