1. Greet and welcome customers to the bank in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
3. Ensure that all transactions comply with banking policies and procedures.
4. Educate customers on available financial products and services and make appropriate recommendations based on their needs.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service at all times.
6. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and other financial instruments.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient banking experience for customers.
9. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and completing necessary paperwork.
10. Keep up-to-date with changes in banking regulations and procedures and ensure compliance at all times.
11. Adhere to all security and confidentiality protocols to protect customer information.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working condition.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products, services, and policies.
15. Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the overall goals and objectives of the bank.
