SVP, Digital Acquisitions Manager
Partner with the cross functional team in designing, developing, and implementing the critical capabilities needed to enable material, step function growth within Digital Acquisitions next year and beyond. Collaborate with business partners to grow efficiencies and effectiveness in our acquisition channels through a focus in strategy, targeting, delivery, process and new capabilities. Maintain a “living” record of relevant vendor capabilities, helping the organization support a nimble, at-the-ready list of opportunities depending on business need. This role is responsible for: (1) developing an internal assessment of Citi’s Digital Acquisitions current marketing capabilities (data sources, decisioning & personalization, channel mix, and distribution partnerships, etc) (2) leading the development of a forward looking, prioritized capabilities roadmap (3) overseeing the development and ultimate implementation of these key business enablers.
7-10 years business experience, particularly in digital marketing
Strong familiarity with the current state of digital marketing, with ability to provide insight on future digital marketing opportunities
Financial services industry experience preferred
Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, complex environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and drive solutions to complex problems
