- Develop and implement account policy strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support policy decisions and recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure policies remain up-to-date and in line with best practices.
- Communicate policy changes and updates to relevant stakeholders within the organization.

Extensive Experience In Financial Analysis: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Policies And Procedures: As An Svp, Account Policy Sr Lead Analyst, The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Policies And Procedures Related To Banking And Financial Services. This Includes Knowledge Of Current And Upcoming Regulations Such As Dodd-Frank, Basel Iii, And Volcker Rule.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team. This Includes The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Collaborative And Results-Driven Work Environment.
