- Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive DEI and talent management strategy that aligns with company values and goals.
- Identify and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for DEI and talent programs.
- Partner with HR and recruiting teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
- Plan and facilitate training and workshops to educate employees on DEI topics and promote a culture of belonging.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all employees on DEI and talent management matters.
- Collaborate with employee resource groups to support their initiatives and ensure they align with company values and goals.
- Monitor and track progress of DEI and talent initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and laws related to DEI and talent management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication to ensure all voices are heard and valued.
- Act as a mentor and coach to employees at all levels, providing guidance and support on DEI and talent-related matters.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to advance the company's diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and the community.
- Continuously evaluate and improve DEI and talent programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with company values and goals.
Extensive Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (Dei) Strategies: The Ideal Candidate For A Strategic Dei & Talent Programs Manager At Citi Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Dei Strategies In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Talent Management: Citi Is Looking For Someone With A Deep Understanding Of Talent Management, Including Recruitment, Retention, And Development Practices. This Will Enable The Candidate To Identify And Address Diversity Gaps Within The Organization.
