Services Regulatory Engagement Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Oversee the implementation of regulatory requirements and ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential compliance issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters and provide guidance and training to internal teams.
- Communicate regulatory updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure proper implementation across the organization.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to promote a culture of regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to provide guidance on regulatory matters and ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Proactively identify potential compliance risks and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. A Higher Degree Such As An Mba Is Preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Engagement Or Compliance Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Frameworks Such As Dodd-Frank, Basel Iii, And Other Relevant Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Internal Stakeholders, Regulators, And Industry Organizations.
Demonstrated Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Timely And Successful Completion Of Regulatory Engagements.
