1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for the global supply chain of the company.
2. Identify cost-effective sourcing solutions and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
3. Ensure high quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain process.
4. Monitor and analyze global market trends to inform sourcing decisions.
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
