  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure seamless execution of processes.
  3. Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  11. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in operations management to continuously improve processes and performance.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the operations team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  13. Represent the organization in external meetings and events related to operations.
  14. Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts or disputes as needed.
  15. Continuously evaluate and update operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Operations Management: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Managing Operations In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Managers And Employees, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Strategies To Improve Operational Efficiency, Reduce Costs, And Drive Business Growth.

  • Financial Acumen: In-Depth Understanding Of Financial Management, Budgeting, And Forecasting, With The Ability To Analyze Financial Data And Make Sound Business Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Build Strong Relationships, And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Organizational Goals.
