Extensive Knowledge Of Ia Methodology And Audit Lifecycle: The Senior Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Principles, Standards, And Practices Of Internal Audit Methodology And Its Application In The Audit Lifecycle.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Auditors And Provide Strategic Direction For The Ia Methodology And Audit Lifecycle Function. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills.
Experience In Risk Assessment And Control Evaluation: The Senior Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Identifying And Assessing Risks, As Well As Evaluating The Adequacy And Effectiveness Of Controls In Mitigating Those Risks.
