Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Risk Management Or Control Assessment, Preferably In A Financial Institution.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulatory And Compliance Requirements, Including But Not Limited To Sox, Basel Iii, And Dodd-Frank.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
