  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain recovery and resolution plans for potential financial crises.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of current and proposed regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness of recovery and resolution plans.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the financial landscape to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  4. Communicate updates and changes to recovery and resolution plans to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory agencies.
  5. Identify areas for improvement in existing recovery and resolution plans and make recommendations for enhancements.
  6. Coordinate and lead simulation exercises to test the effectiveness of recovery and resolution plans.
  7. Analyze data and prepare reports on the status of recovery and resolution plans for senior management and regulatory agencies.
  8. Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact recovery and resolution planning.
  9. Train and educate team members and other employees on recovery and resolution planning processes and procedures.
  10. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recovery and resolution planning.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and legal, to ensure alignment of recovery and resolution plans with broader organizational goals and objectives.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recovery and resolution plans and related processes.
  13. Represent the organization in meetings and discussions with regulatory agencies regarding recovery and resolution planning.
  14. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to recovery and resolution planning.
  15. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of recovery and resolution plans and make recommendations for enhancements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In Risk Management Or Regulatory Compliance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Recovery And Resolution Planning.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Financial Modeling, As Well As Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
