  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies for Citi's real estate portfolio.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and evaluate their impact on the company.
  3. Analyze real estate market trends and provide recommendations to minimize risk exposure and maximize profitability.
  4. Collaborate with various teams across the organization, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment of risk management strategies with company goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and report on key risk indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in real estate risk management.
  7. Conduct risk audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and risk management consultants.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs on risk management principles and practices to employees.
  10. Act as a key point of contact for any risk-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to team members.
  11. Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects related to real estate risk management as required.
  12. Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk management activities and documentation.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably Within The Real Estate Industry

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Real Estate Risk Management Principles And Regulations

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Sound Recommendations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Complex Information To Senior Management.
