- Lead and shape the future of Citi's branch network by developing and implementing innovative strategies and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use insights to drive product development and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the banking industry and competitive landscape.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating business cases, and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Lead and motivate a team of product specialists, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and development.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure products and initiatives are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for business growth and identify areas for improvement within existing products.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Us Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing Product Lifecycles.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Senior Stakeholders.
