  10. Train and mentor junior team members on model validation techniques and processes.
  11. Work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment to meet tight deadlines.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of validation processes and results.
  13. Utilize advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to validate models and analyze data.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of validation processes.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to model validation and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Modeling, Analysis, Or Validation, Preferably In The Banking Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software And Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Present Complex Data And Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
