Markets Operations AVP Business Analyst
Utilize business intelligence tools and internal data to identify high value automation and process improvement opportunities. Partner with Market Ops Teams to compile quantifiable business cases with tangible measures of success to drive project prioritization / sponsorship. Product Owner for key Market Ops Data Platforms and Visualization Tools. Partner closely with end-users to define product roadmaps and ensure continuous improvement in solutions. Leverage knowledge of internal low code and core technology applications to suggest optimal automation solution. Partner with Ops and Dev Team to collate user requirements and translate into development. Ensure high standards by defining clear acceptance criteria and UAT plan. Contribute to driving an innovative and continuous improvement culture within Market Ops.
Master’s degree preferred
Experience working with business intelligence tools (data/process mining, visualizations & dashboards, data modelling etc)
Understanding of low code applications such RPA, Data Transformation Tools and Workflow Automation Platforms
Experience working in an Operations Line Role is highly beneficial
