  1. Analyze and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic marketing decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  3. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and tools to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  5. Identify areas for growth and optimization within marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and developments in data analysis and marketing to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  8. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of new data analysis tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Marketing Or Financial Services Setting.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Analysis Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Data Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
