Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Legal Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Strong Knowledge Of Corporate And Financial Law, Including Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Legal Professionals.
