  1. Create and manage product roadmaps that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Identify opportunities for new products or product enhancements based on market research and industry trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers to bring new products to market.
  4. Lead the execution of product development, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  5. Conduct regular market analysis and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements or modifications.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure our products remain competitive.
  9. Manage a team of product managers and provide guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning for products.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to product development and management.
  13. Develop and manage product budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on the company's products and provide support to sales and customer service teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
