- Develop and implement strategic plans for investor relations that align with the overall business objectives of Citi.
- Oversee all communication and relationships with the investment community, including shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating the company's financial performance, strategies, and future plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for investor meetings, conferences, and earnings calls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging to the investment community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to investor relations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on investor relations matters.
- Lead and mentor a team of investor relations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Plan and execute investor events and meetings, including roadshows, conferences, and annual shareholder meetings.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the investor relations strategy and communication approach to ensure alignment with best practices and industry trends.
Extensive Experience In Finance And Investor Relations: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance And Investor Relations, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Financial Reporting, And Investor Communication Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As The Senior Vice President Of Investor Relations At Citi, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Investors, Analysts, And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Investors, Analysts, And Financial Media. They Should Also Have Experience Managing Relationships With Executive Leadership And Board Members.
Strategic Mindset And Business Acumen: The Senior Vice President Of Investor Relations Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Strategic Investor Relations Plans.
