  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and address any concerns.
  12. Uphold the values and reputation of Citi through ethical and professional conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field From A Reputable University.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, With A Focus On Mergers And Acquisitions.

  • Strong Financial Modeling And Valuation Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing M&A Deals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Current Market Trends And Regulations In The Investment Banking Industry.
