- Lead and manage the internal consulting team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business initiatives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the internal consulting team in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by promoting best practices and encouraging innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to identify opportunities for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Create and deliver presentations to senior management and key stakeholders to communicate project updates, recommendations, and results.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources for the internal consulting team.

Extensive Experience In Consulting: The Ideal Candidate For The Internal Consulting Solutions - Director Role At Citi Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Consulting Role, Preferably Within A Financial Services Or Banking Organization. This Experience Should Include Managing Complex Consulting Projects And Providing Strategic Solutions To Various Business Challenges.
