  1. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of risk within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and review internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Analyze data and trends to identify emerging risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management solutions and initiatives.
  6. Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Stay current on industry regulations and best practices related to risk management.
  8. Conduct audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of risk management processes.
  9. Facilitate training and education programs to increase risk awareness within the organization.
  10. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns related to risk management to senior management.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with external partners, such as regulatory agencies and auditors.
  12. Utilize risk management tools and technology to enhance risk monitoring and response capabilities.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their understanding of risk management processes.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes and procedures.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Risk Management: A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Experience In A Risk Management Role, Preferably In A Financial Institution, With A Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Practices.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data To Identify Potential Risks And Make Recommendations For Mitigation Strategies. Experience With Data Analytics Tools And Techniques Is Highly Desired.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity With Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Frameworks Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Understanding Of Current Industry Trends And Best Practices In Risk Management Is Also Important.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability To Communicate Complex Information Effectively To Different Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Regulators, And Business Partners. Experience In Writing Reports And Presenting Findings Is Essential.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: Previous Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Key Stakeholders Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
