  1. Lead and manage a team of Universal Bankers to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase profitability for the organization.
  3. Train, coach, and mentor Universal Bankers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking products and services to ensure the team is well-informed and able to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  9. Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Identify and address areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and customer experience.
  11. Prepare and present reports on team performance and progress towards goals to senior management.
  12. Act as a role model and uphold the values and standards of the organization.
  13. Keep track of industry and market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve overall customer satisfaction.
