Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for sales? Citi is seeking a Head of NAM Commercial Cards Sales to join our team and drive growth in our commercial card business. As the leader of our North America sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to increase revenue and market share. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in commercial card sales and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and market share for Citi's commercial card business in North America.
  2. Lead and manage the North America sales team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the achievement of sales targets and goals.
  3. Foster a high-performing and results-driven sales culture within the team, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and develop targeted sales strategies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Provide regular sales performance updates and reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  10. Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring that sales strategies are aligned with the needs and preferences of commercial card customers.
  11. Mentor and develop sales team members, providing coaching, training, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the sales team.
