  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy for Citi, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the digital transformation of Citi's marketing efforts, leveraging technology to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology, and identify opportunities for Citi to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to drive the successful implementation and adoption of new marketing technologies.
  5. Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology tools and platforms, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in support of Citi's marketing technology initiatives.
  7. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing technology initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
  8. Manage a team of marketing technology professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success and development.
  9. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on marketing technology trends, opportunities, and strategies, and present updates and recommendations to drive decision-making.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to marketing technology, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
