Monitor and ensure compliance of Process Reviews, EERS, Record Management, EUCs, Training, CoB, etc. Review, collect and monitor Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) data - Support and monitor ARCM process. Collect, Review and Assist with Issues / CAPs / Regulatory Commitments. Monitor and assist Policy and Procedure Management - DTOM and SOP. Monitor, Track and support RBCM/Consent Order Initiatives. Administrative Tasks ( R&C Pillar Lead KPI review (SLAs, quality, etc), Sharepoint maintenance, Connectivity meetings, etc). Implement the relevant operational metrics, ie- KPIs and SLAs, defined by the Consolidated Ops and Metrics team. Monitor day-to-day operations for report pillar and and provide updates to Ops & Metrics Team re progress, risks and challenges. Define and implement requirements for the end-state reporting module. Provide operational metrics required for various forums, ie- TTWG, TTOC, etc.
