Advanced Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Quantitative Fields Is Essential For A Cis Quantitative Analyst Position At Citi. A Master's Degree Or Higher Is Preferred, With Coursework In Advanced Mathematics, Statistics, And Financial Modeling.
Experience In Financial Analysis And Modeling: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Would Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Modeling, Preferably In The Investment Banking Or Asset Management Industry. This Experience Should Include Working With Large Datasets, Building Financial Models, And Conducting Statistical Analysis.
Proficiency In Programming Languages: A Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql Is Necessary For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Use These Languages To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets And Build Complex Financial Models.
