  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients using Citi's digital platforms.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital banking trends and technologies.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or inquiries from clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and enhance our digital initiatives.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the digital customer experience.
  7. Train and educate clients on how to effectively use our digital platforms.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for all digital banking products and services.
  9. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Take ownership of complex customer issues and follow through to resolution.
  11. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolutions.
  12. Continuously learn and stay updated on new features and updates to our digital platforms.
  13. Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and suggest enhancements to our digital products.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they become problems for clients.
  15. Cultivate a positive and professional relationship with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Platforms And Technologies, Including Mobile Applications, Online Banking, And Digital Payments.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Clients.

  • Familiarity With Sql, Java, And Other Programming Languages, As Well As Experience With Troubleshooting And Debugging Software Issues.
