
Customer Experience Lead Analyst
The Customer Experience Ld Analyst will be responsible for managing the USCX Fix The Basics technology book of work. This will include partnering with all key stakeholders within USCX to ensure that their technology requirements are properly vetted and prioritized. Manage Tech Solution Backlog and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date (sync with tech, monitor JIRA, follow-ups with CPP owners). Continually review backlog with tech resources to prioritize Customer Pain Points (CPP). Ensure JIRA is updated appropriately in various stages in solutioning. Partner with the business & tech to ensure CX CPPs are being prioritized appropriately. Monitor & address Solution Aging (all CPPs). Monitor & address CPP JIRA Solution Quality (all CPPs). Create reporting as needed Attend FTB Tech calls such as Weekly SOS, Weekly FTB Pain Point Review, Weekly Grooming Sessions. Monitor PTS to maintain forward progress. Introduce new CPPs to be entered into the channel to begin sizing process and approve funding.
6-10 years of experience in customer service, operations or customer experience role with background in running reports
Ability to drive and implement required process mapping / improvement initiatives for CI
Experience in creating reporting as needed
