As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Citi maintains a strong and effective compliance risk management program.   1. Develop and implement compliance risk management strategies and policies for Citi, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential compliance risks, working collaboratively with other teams to mitigate and manage these risks.
  3. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends, and provide recommendations for adjustments to the compliance risk management program as needed.
  4. Lead and oversee compliance risk training programs for employees, ensuring all staff are aware of their responsibilities and trained on best practices.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Internal Audit, to identify and address compliance risks across the organization.
  6. Conduct investigations into potential compliance violations and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  7. Prepare and present compliance risk reports to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern and providing recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in compliance risk management, and incorporate new approaches into the program as appropriate.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior compliance risk management team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance risk management, providing guidance and support to other teams within Citi.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance risk management is integrated into all business processes and initiatives.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compliance risk management as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management Or Compliance, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Compliance Risk Management Strategies And Processes.
