  7. Investigate and resolve any compliance-related incidents or violations, and report them to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all compliance activities and findings.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies as needed.
  10. Provide guidance and support to the organization in developing and implementing compliance-related initiatives and projects.
  11. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to proactively identify and address potential compliance risks.
  12. Stay updated on best practices in compliance and risk management to continually improve processes and procedures.
  13. Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and assist with any inspections or audits.
  14. Collaborate with other compliance and risk management professionals within the organization to share knowledge and best practices.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive compliance information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Compliance Risk Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.
