  1. Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and individuals to promote and provide information about mortgage lending programs and services.
  2. Collaborate with local community organizations to identify potential clients and promote homeownership opportunities.
  3. Conduct outreach and educational events to raise awareness and educate individuals and families about the mortgage lending process and available resources.
  4. Evaluate and assess the financial needs and qualifications of potential clients, and determine eligibility for mortgage loans.
  5. Guide clients through the mortgage lending process, from initial application to closing, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and changes in mortgage lending regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  7. Work with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to increase homeownership rates in the community.
  8. Monitor loan progress and communicate updates to clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the mortgage lending process.
  9. Collect and review all necessary documentation from clients and ensure timely and accurate completion of loan applications.
  10. Maintain thorough and accurate records of all client interactions and loan transactions.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador for Citi and represent the company at community events and functions.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve the mortgage lending process and customer experience.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a high level of integrity and ethical behavior.
  15. Participate in training and development programs to expand knowledge and skills related to mortgage lending and community outreach.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Lending Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Mortgage Lending.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Organizations And Individuals.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Assess Credit Risk And Make Sound Lending Decisions.
