  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community members and organizations to identify potential clients for mortgage products.
  2. Educate clients on the mortgage process and provide financial advice to help them make informed decisions.
  3. Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine clients' eligibility for mortgage products.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient mortgage application process for clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in the mortgage market to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  6. Work with clients to understand their unique financial needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products to meet those needs.
  7. Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns from clients.
  8. Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for mortgage applications.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications.
  10. Meet individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
  11. Participate in community events and initiatives to promote homeownership and enhance the company's reputation as a responsible and community-oriented bank.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to expand and improve mortgage products and services offered by the company.
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards.
  14. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress of mortgage applications.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client interactions, sales targets, and community outreach efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Community Lending Or Mortgage Lending.

  • Strong Understanding Of Local Housing Market Trends And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Various Loan Products And Ability To Analyze Financial Documents.
