  1. Serve as a key representative of Citi, promoting our mission and values to customers and community members.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations within the local community to identify potential customers and referral sources.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of customer financial situations and provide personalized mortgage lending solutions based on their needs.
  4. Guide customers through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
  8. Act as a resource for customers, providing guidance and advice on the mortgage lending process and available products.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and loan transactions.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  11. Participate in community events and initiatives to promote homeownership and financial literacy.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of management, colleagues, and customers to ensure a seamless and efficient lending process.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  14. Continuously develop and expand knowledge of the mortgage lending industry, products, and services offered by Citi.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Lending Or Community Development

  • Knowledge Of Local And Federal Housing Programs And Regulations

  • Strong Understanding Of Underwriting Guidelines And Loan Processing Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Organizations And Potential Borrowers.
