- Develop and implement CoBrand analytics strategy to support business objectives and drive growth in CoBrand partnerships.
- Lead and manage a team of analysts to execute on CoBrand analytics initiatives and projects.
- Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management on CoBrand business performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance to identify and execute on strategic initiatives for CoBrand partnerships.
- Proactively identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CoBrand analytics and incorporate them into strategy and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert on CoBrand analytics and provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive results and promote professional growth.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proficiency In Sql And Statistical Analysis Tools Such As Sas, R, Or Python.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
