Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Banking Or Financial Services, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Branch Management

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Performance Goals And Providing Coaching And Development Opportunities

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, As Well As Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements
