Job Description

Partner with the Branch Manager and Area Operations Director to achieve sales and service goals. Maximize sales referrals and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, resolve escalated customer complaints/ issues Assist in creating highly productive sales culture, fostering an environment in which all branch employees and segment partners excel and achieve scorecard goals. Build portfolio growth by coaching/developing tellers to identify referral opportunities and convert to sales. Oversee daily operations and conduct "daily proof processes" of branch to ensure operational compliance; investigate and mitigate controllable losses among branch staff. Ensure branch is compliant with security/risk requirements and is maintaining the proper administration of resources and processes.

Job Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Previous experience in banking and management required

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Registered or willing to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
