  1. Conduct regular reviews and monitoring of various financial models used by the company, ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues or areas for improvement in the models and provide recommendations.
  3. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and trends, and use this information to enhance model performance.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation for all models, including assumptions, methodologies, and validations.
  5. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory requirements related to risk management and model monitoring.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Work closely with model developers and other team members to implement changes and updates to models.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of new models to support business needs.
  9. Participate in model validation exercises to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on model monitoring and provide guidance and training to junior team members.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in model outputs, and escalate as necessary.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize model monitoring processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy and security policies and procedures.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and ethics at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or Finance.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Modeling, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Risks Or Issues.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Software Tools Commonly Used For Financial Modeling, Such As Sas, R, Python, Or Excel.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Model Risk Management And Monitoring.
