  1. Act as the main point of contact for our MSP partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with key individuals in their organizations.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our partners' businesses, including their goals, challenges, and opportunities, to effectively support their growth and success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint business plans with our partners.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners, utilizing your knowledge of the technology industry and market trends.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports on partner performance, activities, and progress towards goals.
  6. Act as a product and solutions expert, supporting partners in understanding and positioning our technology solutions to their customers.
  7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner needs and requests are met in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
  9. Attend industry events and tradeshows to represent Cisco Systems and build relationships with potential partners.
  10. Continuously seek out new ways to improve and enhance our partner program and relationships.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform partner strategies and approaches.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Cisco Systems, promoting our values and culture within the partner community.
  13. Motivate and inspire partners to reach their full potential and achieve their business goals.
  14. Display a strong commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with company policies.
  15. Collaborate with other Virtual Partner Account Managers and contribute to team initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cisco Products And Services: A Virtual Partner Account Manager For Msps At Cisco Systems Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, Including Networking, Security, And Collaboration Solutions. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Communicate With Msp Partners And Support Them In Selling Cisco Solutions.

  • Experience In Managing Msp Partnerships: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Working With Managed Service Providers And Managing Partner Relationships. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth, Managing Joint Business Plans, And Executing Co-Marketing Initiatives With Msp Partners.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Virtual Partner Account Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Msp Partners Through Virtual Channels. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Engage With Partners, Understand Their Needs, And Influence Their Decision-Making Processes.

  • Technical Acumen And Business Acumen: The Role Of A Virtual Partner Account Manager At Cisco Systems Requires A Balance Of Technical And Business Competencies. The Candidate Should Not Only Have A Deep Understanding Of Cisco's Products And Solutions But Also Possess Strong Business Acumen To Identify Opportunities, Develop Business Plans, And Drive Revenue Growth For Both Cisco And Its Msp Partners.

  • Relevant Education And Certifications: To Be Considered For The Role, The Candidate Should Have A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Information Technology.
