As an Adoption Engineer, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way businesses monitor and manage their network performance.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ThousandEyes platform and its capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand their unique networking needs and challenges.
  3. Lead the adoption process for new customers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
  4. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the features and functionality of the ThousandEyes platform.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  6. Act as a technical advisor and troubleshooter for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to any issues that may arise.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology to continuously improve adoption strategies.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact for all adoption-related matters.
  9. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the ThousandEyes platform based on customer experiences and needs.
  10. Create and maintain documentation and resources for customers to aid in their adoption and usage of the ThousandEyes platform.
  11. Participate in industry events and conferences to showcase the capabilities and benefits of ThousandEyes to potential customers.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze adoption metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Protocols And Technologies - The Role Of A Thousandeyes - Adoption Engineer At Cisco Systems Requires A Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols Such As Bgp, Ospf, And Mpls, As Well As Emerging Technologies Like Sd-Wan And Cloud Networking.

  • Experience With Thousandeyes Platform - A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have Hands-On Experience With The Thousandeyes Platform, Including Configuration, Troubleshooting, And Optimization.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills - As An Adoption Engineer, You Will Be Working Closely With Customers, Sales Teams, And Other Engineers, So Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Analytical Mindset And Problem-Solving Skills - This Role Involves Analyzing Complex Network Data And Identifying Issues, So A Strong Analytical Mindset And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential.

  • Industry Certifications - Cisco Certifications Such As Ccnp Or Ccie Are Highly Desirable For This Role, As They Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Cisco Technologies And Can Help In Troubleshooting And Optimizing Customer Networks.
