Job Description

End-to-End test development of data center switching products; Develop test automation script using Python. Solve automation and product-related testing issues; Collaborate with product team to implement and deploy test strategies, test plans, and test processes. Generate product-specific test plans and drive test coverage based on product requirements; Design, build and deploy test platforms for Cisco's global manufacturing partner. Analyze, tackle and root cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes; Drive issues to closure with preventive measures; Drive test-related improvement and optimization. Specify, develop and/or procure test equipment, test fixtures, and test solutions; Define debug processes for test engineers in manufacturing sites.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of test engineering experience with understanding of standard Design for Test (DFT) techniques

  • Familiar with version control and continuous integration software tools (Github and Jenkins)

  • Ability to multi-task and tackle sophisticated problems

  • Ability to debug, analyze and root cause manufacturing yield and test issues
