Technical Solutions Architect

5. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure satisfactory delivery of solutions.
6. Monitor and evaluate system performance and take appropriate corrective action.
7. Remain current on industry trends and new technologies to identify potential solutions.
8. Guide customers through the design and implementation of new solutions.
9. Train internal teams and customers on new technologies.
10. Collaborate with other technical engineers and architects to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
