- Develop and implement quality standards and processes for hardware products, ensuring they meet industry and customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and quality assurance specialists, to define and track project requirements and milestones
- Manage and oversee the entire hardware product lifecycle, from design and development to production and release
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in product development and delivery
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to key stakeholders, including senior management and customers
- Lead and mentor a team of hardware quality specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in hardware technology and quality standards, and incorporate them into project plans and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Program Management Role, Specifically In Hardware Quality Assurance
Strong Understanding Of Hardware Development Processes And Quality Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma
Proven Track Record In Managing Complex Hardware Projects From Concept To Delivery, With A Focus On Quality And Timely Execution
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
