  • Develop and implement quality standards and processes for hardware products, ensuring they meet industry and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and quality assurance specialists, to define and track project requirements and milestones
  • Manage and oversee the entire hardware product lifecycle, from design and development to production and release
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in product development and delivery
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to key stakeholders, including senior management and customers
  • Lead and mentor a team of hardware quality specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in hardware technology and quality standards, and incorporate them into project plans and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Program Management Role, Specifically In Hardware Quality Assurance

  • Strong Understanding Of Hardware Development Processes And Quality Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma

  • Proven Track Record In Managing Complex Hardware Projects From Concept To Delivery, With A Focus On Quality And Timely Execution

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
