  1. Lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of complex cross-functional programs within Cisco Systems.
  2. Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to define program objectives, scope, and timelines.
  3. Create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
  5. Communicate program progress, status, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Technical Knowledge: A Technical Program Manager At Cisco Systems Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products, Services, And Technologies. This Includes Knowledge Of Networking, Security, Cloud Computing, And Other Relevant Areas.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Technical Program Manager, One Should Have Strong Project Management Skills To Handle Complex Projects And Ensure Timely Delivery. This Includes Experience In Creating Project Plans, Managing Budgets, And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Communication And Leadership Skills: Effective Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For A Technical Program Manager To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
