- Develop and execute a strategic plan for building and growing partnerships with other businesses to drive revenue and market share.
- Identify and target potential partnership opportunities that align with Cisco Systems' business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at partner organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies for partnership offerings.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
- Drive sales through partner channels and track performance to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Cisco Systems' products and solutions, and effectively communicate their value to potential partners.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Cisco Systems at industry events and conferences to network and promote partnership opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partnerships with overall business strategy.
- Mentor and train other team members on partnership strategies and best practices.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Networking, Cloud Computing, And Software-Defined Technologies.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Successful Partnerships With Key Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Solutions To Potential Partners.
