They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Coding Languages, And Frameworks.
Knowledge Of Sdk And Sai Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Software Development Kits (Sdks) And Switch Abstraction Interface (Sai) Technologies. They Should Have Experience In Designing, Developing, And Testing Sdks And Sai-Based Software Solutions.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Technical Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Software Engineers. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Drive Project Success.
Experience In Network Programmability: Cisco Systems Is A Leader In Network Programmability And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In This Area. They Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Open Apis, Automation, And Orchestration Tools, As Well As Experience In Developing Software For Programmable Networks.
