Technical Leader - Signal Integrity/Power Integrity

Cisco Systems is looking for a passionate Technical Leader - Signal Integrity/Power Integrity to join our talented team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and driving the development and implementation of innovative signal integrity and power integrity solutions for Cisco Systems’ products. To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced technical professional with strong problem-solving and communication skills.The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical signal and power integrity analysis, design and verification. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and drive the development and implementation of innovative signal integrity and power integrity solutions for Cisco Systems’ products.
2. Analyze, design, and verify electrical signal and power integrity.
3. Apply signal and power integrity fundamentals (crosstalk, return loss, jitter, EMI, power supply noise).
4. Utilize simulation and measurement tools for signal integrity and power integrity analysis and verification.
5. Collaborate with other technical professionals to develop and implement innovative solutions.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
8. Develop and document engineering processes and procedures.
9. Support customer and internal inquiries.
10. Monitor product performance and provide feedback.
