  1. Lead and manage a team of developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement full stack solutions for clients.
  2. Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
  5. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the development process.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  8. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  9. Work closely with product managers and clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  10. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote productivity and motivation.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to team members and clients.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess project performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  15. Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the development process.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Full Stack Development: A Technical Leader At Cisco Systems Should Have A Strong Background In Full Stack Development, With A Deep Understanding Of Front-End And Back-End Technologies And Frameworks Such As Javascript, Html/Css, Angular/React, Node.js, And Python.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Technical Leader, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Abilities To Manage A Team Of Developers And Guide Them In Implementing Best Practices, Resolving Technical Challenges, And Meeting Project Deadlines.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Scalable Solutions: Cisco Systems Is A Global Technology Company, And Their Technical Leader Should Have A Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Scalable Solutions That Can Handle High Traffic And Large Datasets.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies: Cisco Systems Values An Agile Work Culture, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Working With Agile Methodologies Such As Scrum Or Kanban, And Be Able To Lead Their Team In Delivering Projects In An Iterative And Incremental Manner.
