Job Description

You can drive innovative sourcing solutions to attract talent by collaborating with hiring mangers/teams to identify, select and recruit a diverse slate of internal and external talent. You will act as a J&C Partner, advising hiring managers/teams on talent availability, salary ranges and any compliance related requirements. You have a proven track record working closely with the hiring teams and business leaders to identify requisitions with the highest impact. You partner with business leaders, P&C partners and J&C management to align strategy using internal and external data. In addition to team management, you will source from various talent pools and screen candidates to ensure skill and experience match for requisitions you carry through to fulfillment.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise ATS including experience with workflows and processing offers.

  • Experienced recruiting partner with expertise identifying Critical Workforce Segments and developing sourcing and recruitment strategy

  • 10+ years of professional level recruitment experience
